Editorial Policy

Our Mission
Prova publishes evidence-based health and wellness content for men who want to make informed decisions about their health. We believe everyone deserves access to clear, honest information backed by research — not hype, marketing claims, or pseudoscience.
Content Standards
Every piece of content we publish aims to meet these standards:
- Evidence-based — Claims are supported by published research, with preference for peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. We distinguish between strong evidence, preliminary findings, and theoretical frameworks.
- Transparent — We cite our sources and note where evidence is limited, conflicting, or preliminary. We identify when information comes from animal studies, small trials, or observational data rather than randomized controlled trials.
- Practical — Content is written for real-world application, providing actionable takeaways while acknowledging individual variation and the importance of professional guidance.
- Current — We review and update existing content as new research is published or when errors are identified.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content is created independently. We do not accept payment for reviews or coverage of specific supplements, products, or protocols. Our recommendations are based on published evidence and our editorial judgment — not financial relationships.
If we ever introduce affiliate relationships or sponsored content in the future, we will clearly disclose those relationships inline with the relevant content, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Corrections and Updates
We take accuracy seriously. When we identify an error in our content — or when a reader brings one to our attention — we follow this process:
- Minor corrections (typos, broken links, formatting issues) are fixed promptly without a correction notice.
- Factual corrections(incorrect dosages, misquoted studies, inaccurate claims) are fixed and the article's “updated” date is revised to reflect the change.
- Significant updates (new research that changes recommendations, retracted studies) are noted with an update notice at the top of the article explaining what changed and why.

Content Review
We periodically review published content to ensure it remains accurate and reflects current evidence. High-traffic articles and content covering rapidly evolving topics are reviewed more frequently.
